Strong Negative Emotion | What You Need To Know

Hello beautiful soul!

Today I want to talk about...

Negative emotions on your Spiritual Journey.

As you move through your Spiritual journey you will notice that negative emotions such as anger, anxiety, and frustration resurface.

Some of you may wonder why these emotions resurface after doing so much inner work.

You see, every person on this planet is vibrating at a very subtle hertz frequency which means our emotions carry a frequency.

It's important to understand two things so that you don't become disheartened on your journey:

i) the length of time you've been carrying these emotions (trace back).

ii) once clearing a layer are you defaulting back to old patterns that recreate the same emotion?

If you are defaulting back to old ways you will keep yourself stuck in a loop where you will be trying to shift the same layer over and over again - which inevitably will trigger other emotions.

The thing is, with anything that is vibrating within your body that is around/below 175hertz, emotions cluster. 

For example, if you are experiencing frustration it's highly likely that there is anger and even rage underneath.

If you experience anxiety, it's highly likely you are stressed, overwhelmed, and depressed.

Stronger emotions won't reveal themselves until you clear the surface clusters.

It's important to get to the root emotions so that your body can then move into higher states. It is here that you can begin opening to your ability to work with light quotient. 

If you are stuck and not moving forward (plateau) take time to reflect. The more honest the conversations you are having with yourself the easier you will make shifts.

It is not a coincidence you find yourself here.

Your soul wants you to experience the fullness of who you are. Spirituality means connecting with your Spirit and it's here my friends that you enter the game of consciousness. Lifting veils upon veils, empowering your third eye, forming unconditional love with your heart space.

There are no limits in this realm.

Only possibility.

Create deep roots for your vessel by connecting with the Earth and beings around you.

Stand tall by lifting your heart and allowing light to move through your spine.

Reach for your crown and allow for the blending of your magnificence to feel the source above you that is powerfully within you.

Whatever you are doing here on Earth is reflected in the spiritual plane and whatever happens in nature or the stars is reflected within your astonishing body.
